Awards for people who shine

To help employees feel more appreciated and help embed its newly launched values, Britvic GB recently launched its first ever company-wide employee awards programme.

In addition to creating an identity, look and feel for the programme, TomTom developed an external microsite to provide a universally accessible focal point, enabling employees to nominate their peers and review the nominations of others quickly and easily.

The awards were promoted via a range of channels including face-to-face events, Britvic’s employee portal and magazine, posters and a targeted email campaign.

Hailed a resounding success, the Awards attracted over 650 nominations, almost 25% of Britvic’s workforce.
