PepsiCo UK asked us to help them facilitate the communication of their new vision and strategic imperatives, starting with a launch at their 2011 Operations Conference.
Our response was an interactive toolkit consisting of individual worksheets and a detailed facilitator’s guide to enable employees to run strategy sessions for and with their colleagues that were engaging, informative and fun.
