One of Britvic GB’s 2020 goals is to become a top 5 great place to work. The new People Strategy will play a key role in helping to achieve this, and includes a series of initiatives and benefits designed to inspire and empower its people.

TomTom has been closely involved in helping the HR team to articulate and communicate the strategy, developing a new identity and a suite of templates to enable communicators to signpost relevant initiatives and position them as part of a greater whole.
