In a drive towards a more customer-centric culture, M&B has introduced new ways of working across its 1,600 branded outlets, including a new vision, priorities and values.

Our brief was to develop a process to communicate these, enabling employees to understand and buy into the new ways of working.

In partnership with associates Allman Communication, we focused on interactive, face-to-face sessions devised and delivered by leadership and line managers. Specially designed ‘StratNavs' provided a focal point and were launched to the top 500 managers at a national conference. Delegates then used the same process to cascade to their 39,500 colleagues.

After the campaign, over 90% of employees said they believed in the company’s vision and values.
