Having grown through acquisition to become the UK's biggest food company, it was time for Premier Foods to capitalise on its scale and focus on being the best. This involved taking employees on a journey to engage them in the company’s new vision and strategy and help them understand their role in delivering it.

Working closely with Premier’s Strategic Leadership Group, we designed StratNav, an interactive toolkit to enable the management team to own and cascade key messages. Launched at Premier's senior management conference, where 50 senior leaders each used it to run interactive sessions with ten delegates, StratNav was then used to cascade the process to all 17,000 employees across Premier’s 16 production sites.

Premier’s post-conference survey indicated that 95% of delegates left the conference understanding and believing in the Group’s new vision strategy.
