When Coors Brewers asked us to help launch their values to employees, we wanted to do so in a way that would make them really mean something to the people who worked there. So we asked employees to put into their own words what the values meant to them, and then created a visual identity that enabled them to be applied across a wide range of communications, HR and training materials.

Our award-winning approach resulted in a high level of visibility across the business, helping to embed the values into the company culture.
